WHY CTMH?

One of the big things they tell us as consultants is to always have a 'why' and to share it with the people we meet. So here goes...

My main 'why' is because I love paper crafting, and I have found that over the past 15 years or so that world has changed drastically. Stores have popped up and closed up constantly. Where I grew up, in Tahoe/Reno, we gradually were left to primarily just box stores to get our supplies. My friend Laura owned the last of the great scrapbook stores in the area, and recently has had to change her plan to something much more modest and without a 'regular' storefront. As these changed keep occurring, I have had a greater need to find a company that I love, with quality products and quality customer service.

Another great reason I found was the discount. This is actually something I believe that all consultants can say was a main reason for joining what we call 'the family'. The discount allows me to get the products I need, sent right to my door, and at a great price. Who doesn't love all of that?

On top of the discount, as with any direct sales company the work I put into getting these great products to my friends and family comes back to me. The sales we have to make to maintain the consultant status I can easily make just supplying my own craft room...but it's nice to be able to share it all too. Then whatever I do make, I can use my commission on anything I want (usually more craft supplies, lol) and it has the potential to be an income however big or small from just doing what I love.

Finally, its because of their mission and the way they talk about their business. I have mentioned before the word 'family'. Ever since I started crafting, I have met amazing people who truly have become my family. They follow my life on Facebook, when we crop together, and more. They are supporting me on this new journey, and it has really been a big reason for why I do this hobby in the first place. I love that they have slogans like "you are welcome here" and "join the family" because it really is welcoming and a pleasure to have this extra network of people who love doing the same hobby that I do.
